The PARKER 164PLP-10M is a push-to-connect union tee tube fitting designed for quick, tool-free connections in pneumatic and fluid-handling systems. Constructed from nickel-plated brass with a silicone-free grease lubricant, it accepts 10mm outside diameter tubing on all three ports and handles working pressures up to 300 psi. The fitting operates across a temperature range of 0 degrees F to 200 degrees F, making it suitable for a wide range of light industrial and commercial plumbing applications. A silver body with a yellow release button identifies the disconnect collar for fast field service. Licensed HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical technicians install this type of fitting during system assembly or maintenance where push-to-connect speed is required.
The 164PLP-10M is intended for tube-to-tube-to-tube branch connections where a tee configuration is needed without the use of threaded fittings or compression tools. It is well suited for pneumatic control lines, light-duty fluid transfer, and instrumentation tubing runs in both residential and commercial mechanical systems. The UL94 V-0 flame resistance rating makes it appropriate for environments where flame-spread requirements must be met. Its compact overall length of 1.96 inches keeps installation tight in panel or cabinet applications.
Designed for use with 10mm outside diameter tubing in push-to-connect tube-to-tube-to-tube tee applications. Verify tubing OD and system pressure rating before installation.
Shut off and depressurize the system fully before removing or installing push-to-connect fittings. Cut tubing squarely and deburr the end to ensure a complete, leak-free seat against the internal collet and O-ring. To release tubing, press the yellow release button inward while pulling the tube straight out. A licensed plumber or mechanical contractor should verify that fitting pressure and temperature ratings are appropriate for the specific system before commissioning.
