Parker 163557P is a thermostatic expansion valve (model EBSE-8-VX100) designed for refrigeration and air conditioning service, rated for approximately 8 tons. The valve features a brass bar body with balanced port construction, extended ODF connections, and a replaceable thermostatic element with a removable power element and field-adjustable superheat. It accepts common refrigerants such as R-407C and R-22 and includes a 5' cap and 1/4" ODF equalizer connection.
