The PARKER 16 KLO-S is a compression tube union fitting designed to create a secure, leak-resistant connection between two tube ends in high-pressure hydraulic and fluid power lines. Built from steel with O-Ring Face Seal (ORFS) end connections and UNF threading, this union supports a maximum working pressure of 6000 psi. It accepts a 1 inch tube outside diameter on both ends. Installation should be performed by a qualified hydraulic or fluid power technician. Depressurize and fully isolate the hydraulic circuit before removing or installing any fitting. Inspect the O-ring sealing surface for nicks or contamination before assembly, and ensure the O-ring is properly seated and lubricated prior to making up the connection. Torque fittings in accordance with the fitting manufacturer's published torque specifications for the applicable tube size and thread standard.
