Installation should be performed by a qualified hydraulic technician or licensed plumber familiar with high-pressure fluid system assembly. Depressurize and drain the system fully before disconnecting any existing fittings or installing this elbow. Inspect the ORFS face seal surface and the NPTF thread for damage before assembly; do not install a fitting with nicked sealing surfaces. Torque the NPTF thread to the system specification and verify the compression sleeve is properly seated on the tube before pressurizing the line.
