The PARKER 14G1B00003 is a miniature 2-piece FRL combination unit integrating a filter/regulator and lubricator into a single compact assembly. Designed for compressed air systems, it conditions supply air by removing contaminants, regulating downstream pressure, and delivering metered lubrication to pneumatic tools and actuators. The unit accepts a 1/4 NPT port connection, handles up to 150 psi supply pressure, and flows up to 40 SCFM. A 5-micron filter element protects downstream components from particulate contamination. The polycarbonate bowl allows visual monitoring of fluid levels and bowl condition. This unit is installed by industrial maintenance technicians, pipefitters, and pneumatic system specialists wherever clean, regulated, lubricated air is required.
This FRL combination unit suits light industrial and commercial pneumatic applications where space is at a premium. Its miniature body profile makes it appropriate for compact equipment enclosures, small pneumatic control panels, and point-of-use installations ahead of pneumatic cylinders, valves, and air-driven tools. The manual drain requires periodic service to remove accumulated condensate. A 1/8 gauge port is included for optional pressure gauge installation. Brackets are included for panel or pipe mounting. The unit is rated for continuous service up to 125 degrees F.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation FRL unit for miniature Series 14 pneumatic systems using 1/4 NPT end connections.
Installation should be performed by a qualified industrial maintenance technician or pipefitter. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply before installing or servicing the unit. Mount the unit vertically with the bowl facing down to ensure proper condensate collection and lubricator function. Verify that supply pressure does not exceed the 150 psi rating and that operating temperature remains within the 125 degrees F limit before placing the system in service.
