The PARKER 12F32EC is a coalescing filter designed to remove oil aerosols, fine particulates, and water droplets from compressed air lines. Rated at 120 CFM with a 0.01 micron filtration rating, it delivers clean, dry air to downstream equipment and instrumentation. The polycarbonate bowl provides visible contamination monitoring, and the manual drain allows for routine maintenance without line interruption. This filter is sized for a 1/2 inch port and is rated to 150 psi maximum working pressure. Compressed air technicians and pipefitters install this type of unit as part of a point-of-use filtration train in industrial, commercial, and light manufacturing environments.
This filter fits inline on compressed air systems where high-efficiency coalescing is required before sensitive pneumatic tools, controls, or instrumentation. The modular connection design allows it to be integrated into multi-unit filter-regulator-lubricator assemblies or installed as a standalone unit. Typical applications include production lines, spray finishing systems, and instrument air headers where oil and moisture contamination must be controlled to low levels.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation coalescing filter for compressed air systems with a 1/2 inch port connection and modular filter assembly configurations.
Installation is performed by licensed pipefitters or qualified compressed air system technicians. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply before installing or servicing this filter. Mount the unit with the bowl oriented downward to allow gravity drainage of collected liquids. Follow applicable OSHA compressed air safety standards and the manufacturer installation instructions for torque and seal specifications.
