The PARKER 12F23O2148ACF is a two-way piloted diaphragm solenoid valve designed to control the flow of fluids, gases, and light oils in industrial and commercial piping systems. The valve ships in a normally open configuration, meaning flow passes through when the coil is de-energized. It accepts a 3/4 inch NPT port and carries a maximum working pressure of 150 psi. The brass body and NBR seal construction make it suitable for a range of compatible media. With a Cv factor of 5.5 and an 11-watt coil, this valve fits into systems requiring a compact, reliable on/off shutoff element. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and industrial maintenance technicians are the typical installers.
This valve is rated for use with fluids, gases, and light oils, making it applicable across HVAC, refrigeration, pneumatic, and light process piping installations. The multi-voltage coil accommodates 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 24/60Vac, 120Vdc, 120/60 to 110/50Vac, and 240/60 to 220/50Vac power sources, which allows a single valve body to serve a wide range of control panel configurations. The zero minimum operating pressure differential rating means the valve operates under low-pressure or gravity-fed system conditions without requiring a minimum line pressure to actuate the diaphragm. Maximum rated temperature is 180 degrees F. This valve carries CSA, UL Listed, and NEMA 4X certifications, qualifying it for wet or wash-down environments.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-install solenoid valve for two-way piloted diaphragm applications in commercial and industrial fluid, gas, and light-oil control systems. Cross-references ASCO Number 8210G35.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or qualified industrial technician in accordance with applicable local codes. Shut off and depressurize the line and disconnect all power to the control circuit before removing or installing the valve. Note that solenoid coils are sold separately and must be ordered to match the intended supply voltage. Verify thread engagement and use appropriate thread sealant on the NPT connections to prevent leaks before returning the system to service.
