The PARKER 1200P-2-2 is a 90-degree female elbow fitting designed for industrial pipe and fluid system applications. Machined from brass, this fitting accepts a 1/8 inch female National Pipe Taper Fuel (FNPTF) thread on each port. It is rated for a maximum working pressure of 1000 psi and operates across a wide temperature range of -65 degrees F to 250 degrees F. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and HVAC technicians install this type of fitting when a 90-degree directional change is needed in a threaded pipe assembly. The compact brass construction resists corrosion and holds up in fuel, air, and hydraulic service lines.
This fitting is suited for use in residential and light commercial plumbing, HVAC refrigerant-adjacent piping, compressed air lines, and fuel delivery systems where a 1/8 inch FNPTF connection is required. The 90-degree angle makes it useful in tight spaces where a straight run is not possible. It conforms to SAE J530 and SAE J531 standards, making it appropriate for fuel and hydraulic line assemblies that require standardized thread geometry and pressure performance.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or service fitting for any threaded pipe assembly requiring a 1/8 inch FNPTF 90-degree female elbow connection.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or qualified HVAC technician. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing or installing any threaded fittings. Apply an appropriate thread sealant or PTFE tape to the male threads being engaged, following the system fluid manufacturer recommendations. Refer to applicable plumbing or mechanical codes, such as the IPC or IFGC, for thread engagement depth and pressure-testing requirements.
