The PARKER 12 C5OLO-S is a compression tube male elbow fitting designed for high-pressure hydraulic and fluid power lines. It transitions between an O-Ring Face Seal (ORFS) tube connection and an SAE O-Ring Boss (SAE-ORB) port, creating a leak-resistant 90-degree directional change in the line. The fitting is constructed from zinc-plated steel and rated to 6000 psi working pressure, making it suitable for demanding industrial and mobile hydraulic applications. It accepts 3/4 inch outside diameter tubing on the compression side and uses a 1-1/16-12 UNF thread on the SAE-ORB side. Licensed plumbers, hydraulic technicians, and fluid power mechanics are the primary installers of this fitting type.
This fitting is used in hydraulic systems where a tube run must change direction and connect to an SAE-ORB threaded port. Typical applications include mobile equipment hydraulics, industrial machinery, and high-pressure fluid transfer systems requiring a reliable, vibration-resistant connection. The ORFS end eliminates the leak paths common with flare-style fittings by sealing against a flat face O-ring. It is sold individually and fits 3/4 inch OD tubing plumbed into standard SAE-ORB ported components such as pumps, valves, and manifolds.

Installation should be performed by a qualified hydraulic technician or fluid power mechanic. Depressurize and bleed down the hydraulic system completely before removing or installing any fittings. Inspect the ORFS flat face and O-ring sealing surface for nicks or debris before assembly, as surface damage will cause leaks under pressure. Follow SAE J1453 torque guidelines for ORFS fittings and SAE J1926 guidelines for SAE-ORB ports; do not over-torque, as this can distort the O-ring seat.
