The PARKER 12-6 FBZ-SS is a stainless steel compression tube connector designed to join a compression tube end to a male NPT threaded port. It provides a reliable, leak-resistant connection in fluid and gas systems operating at high pressures. With a maximum working pressure of 5800 psi and a 3/8 inch NPT thread size, this fitting is built for demanding service environments. The stainless steel construction resists corrosion and handles exposure to aggressive media. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and instrumentation technicians install this type of fitting in process, pneumatic, and hydraulic line assemblies.
This fitting is suited for both residential and commercial applications where a compression-to-NPT male transition is required. Typical installations include instrument tubing connections, hydraulic control lines, refrigeration and HVAC copper or stainless tube assemblies, and industrial process piping. The Compression x MNPT end configuration allows direct connection of a tube to an NPT-threaded port on valves, manifolds, or equipment bodies without additional adapters.
Designed as an OEM-style compression tube connector for use in systems requiring a 3/8 inch NPT male threaded outlet with a compression tube inlet, including pneumatic, hydraulic, instrumentation, and fluid handling assemblies.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or qualified instrumentation technician. Depressurize and isolate the line completely before removing or installing any compression fitting. Use the appropriate tube cutting and deburring tools to ensure a clean, square tube end before inserting into the compression fitting body. Thread engagement should follow IFGC and applicable ASME B1.20.1 standards for NPT connections — do not overtighten, as stainless fittings are susceptible to galling.
