The PARKER 12-12-12 SBZ-SS is a male branch tee fitting designed for compression tube connections in high-pressure fluid and gas systems. It features dual compression inlets and a male NPT outlet, allowing a branch connection off an existing compression tube run. Constructed from stainless steel, this fitting is built to handle demanding service environments where corrosion resistance and pressure integrity are required. With a maximum working pressure of 5800 psi, it is suited for instrumentation, hydraulic, and process control applications where reliable, leak-free connections are critical. Installation is typically performed by licensed plumbers, pipefitters, or instrumentation technicians.
This fitting is used in industrial and commercial process piping systems, instrumentation tubing runs, and hydraulic control lines. The male NPT branch port allows direct connection to female NPT-threaded equipment or manifold ports. The compression ends accept standard tubing and provide a repeatable, tool-assisted seal without soldering or welding. It is commonly installed in environments where stainless steel is specified for compatibility with corrosive media, high-purity fluids, or elevated-temperature service.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-install compression branch tee for industrial, instrumentation, and process control piping systems using 3/4 inch NPT threaded connections.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or instrumentation technician familiar with compression fitting assembly. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before disassembling any existing fittings or installing this tee. Follow the fitting manufacturer's recommended number of turns past finger-tight when seating the compression ferrule — do not overtighten, as stainless compression fittings can gall if excessive torque is applied. Apply appropriate thread sealant to the male NPT threads in accordance with the applicable piping code such as ASME B31.3 for process piping.
