The PARKER 11143-6-6 is a male Ferulok flareless rigid fitting designed for use with high-pressure hydraulic hose assemblies. Manufactured from steel in a straight configuration, this Series 43 fitting uses a threaded connection type and accepts hose with a 0.375 inch inside diameter, corresponding to a 3/8 inch hose size. At 2.5 inches in overall length with a 3/8 inch thread size, it provides a secure, flareless attachment point without the need for flaring the hose end. Licensed HVAC technicians, hydraulic system specialists, and industrial maintenance professionals install this fitting type in fluid power and mobile hydraulic applications.
This fitting is suited for straight-run hydraulic hose terminations in both mobile and stationary fluid power systems. Its flareless design allows for clean, reliable connections in tight or confined installations where flared fittings are impractical. The male Ferulok configuration is common in medium- to high-pressure hydraulic circuits found in industrial machinery, construction equipment, and related trade applications. Installers working with Parker hose assemblies will find this fitting compatible with a broad range of Parker hydraulic hose series.
Designed for use with Parker 187 TC, ST; 302; 304; 387 TC, ST; 422; 424; 426; 436; 471TC; 471ST; 472TC; 482TC; 482ST; 487 TC, ST; 722 TC, ST; 787 TC, ST; 797 TC, ST; and 881 hose series with a 3/8 inch (6 mm) inside diameter.
Installation should be performed by a qualified hydraulic technician or millwright familiar with fluid power system assembly. Depressurize and bleed the hydraulic circuit completely before removing or installing any fittings. Follow applicable industry standards and the hose and fitting manufacturer's assembly instructions for proper ferrule crimping and thread engagement. Do not overtighten threaded connections, as this can damage the fitting threads or hose end.
