The PARKER 104-0250031-NT-50 is a 50-foot coil of PTFE tubing designed for fluid and gas transfer in industrial, mechanical, and process applications. Constructed from PFA/PTFE material, it delivers a maximum working pressure of 196 psi and handles a temperature range of -100 to 500 degrees F, making it suitable for demanding service conditions. The tubing measures 3/16 inch (0.1880 inch) inside diameter and 1/4 inch (0.2500 inch) outside diameter, with a wall thickness of 1/32 inch (0.0310 inch). The natural color finish allows for easy visual inspection of media flow. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial piping mechanics typically specify this tubing for chemical, compressed air, gas, and water line installations.
This PTFE tubing is suited for both light commercial and industrial process installations where chemical resistance, wide temperature tolerance, and pressure integrity are required. Typical applications include instrumentation lines, chemical feed systems, compressed air distribution, gas transfer, and water service connections. The 50-foot coil length provides sufficient run for most single-circuit or multi-drop installations without mid-run splices. The natural-color, single-tube coil ships as one unit, requiring no additional cutting to standard length before installation.
Rated for use with air, chemicals, gas, and water service lines. Meets 21 CFR 177.1550, ASTM D3307, UL 94 V-0, and USP Class VI requirements, qualifying it for food-contact, pharmaceutical, and general industrial fluid transfer applications.
Installation is typically performed by licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, or industrial piping mechanics. Shut off all fluid or gas supply and depressurize the line completely before cutting or connecting the tubing. Use only fittings rated for PTFE tubing at the specified working pressure and temperature to ensure a leak-free connection. Follow all applicable local mechanical codes and the manufacturer fitting instructions when making end connections.
