The PARKER 10343-12-12 is a male rigid straight hydraulic hose fitting manufactured from steel, designed to terminate a hydraulic hose with a Male NPTF x Male JIC 37-degree flare connection. With a hose inside diameter of 0.75 inches (hose size 12) and a thread size of 1-1/16-12, this fitting provides a secure, leak-resistant threaded interface between a hydraulic hose assembly and a corresponding port or component. Overall length is 3.19 inches. Licensed plumbers, millwrights, fluid power technicians, and hydraulic system specialists are the typical installers. The hex size of 1-1/8 inch accommodates standard open-end or combination wrenches during installation and removal.
This fitting is suited for use in industrial hydraulic systems where a straight inline connection is required at the hose end. It is rated and listed to ISO 12151-5 standards, confirming dimensional and performance compliance for hydraulic hose fittings. The Parker Series 43 designation covers a range of JIC-style fittings intended for medium- to high-pressure hydraulic circuit applications in mobile, industrial, and OEM equipment. It is sold individually, with a minimum order quantity of one.
Designed for use with Parker hose series 187 TC/ST, 302, 304, 387 TC/ST, 422, 424, 426, 436, 471TC, 471ST, 472TC, 482TC, 482ST, 487 TC/ST, 722 TC/ST, 787 TC/ST, 797 TC/ST, and 881 hoses with a 3/4 inch (hose size 12) inside diameter.
Installation should be performed by a qualified fluid power technician or hydraulic system specialist. Before assembly, depressurize the hydraulic system completely and verify all stored energy has been relieved. Use a calibrated torque wrench and the appropriate open-end wrench on the 1-1/8 inch hex to tighten to the fitting manufacturer's specified procedure without over-torquing the JIC flare seat. Inspect the flare seat and threads for damage before assembly, and replace if any deformation is present.
