The PARKER 1/8 CD45-S is a 45-degree street elbow fitting designed for industrial pipe systems requiring a compact directional change in a single threaded connection. This fitting accepts a male NPT thread on one end and a female NPT thread on the other, allowing it to thread directly into a port or fitting without a separate coupling. Rated to 5,000 psi maximum working pressure, it is built for demanding hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid-transfer applications where pressure integrity and leak-free connections are essential. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and hydraulic technicians install this type of fitting in compressed-air lines, hydraulic circuits, and industrial instrumentation manifolds.
This 45-degree street elbow is suited for both light industrial and heavy-duty fluid power installations. The MNPTF x FNPTF configuration makes it a practical choice when routing pipe or tubing around obstructions within a tight footprint. Its 1/8-inch thread size on both ends targets smaller-diameter lines commonly found in instrument air, hydraulic control circuits, and pneumatic actuation systems. Conformance to SAE standard 140339 supports use in applications where recognized industry standards are required.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation fitting for 1/8-inch NPT threaded ports in industrial hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid-transfer piping systems.
Installation of pipe fittings should be performed by a qualified pipefitter, plumber, or hydraulic technician in accordance with applicable local codes and system design specifications. Depressurize and isolate the fluid circuit fully before removing or installing any fitting. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape appropriate for the media and pressure rating, and do not overtighten NPT threads, as this can crack fittings or distort sealing surfaces. Verify system pressure does not exceed the fitting's 5,000 psi rating before returning the line to service.
