The PARKER 1.75DSRM05.00 is a double acting rodless air cylinder designed for use in pneumatic automation and motion control applications. With a 1.75-inch bore and a 5-inch stroke, this cylinder delivers linear force in both extend and retract directions using compressed air. The stainless steel body provides corrosion resistance in wash-down, food processing, and other demanding environments. Rated to 250 psi maximum working pressure, it is built for reliable duty cycles in industrial machinery, assembly equipment, and automated production lines. The front nose mount style allows straightforward integration into machine frames and panel assemblies. Installation is typically performed by industrial maintenance technicians or pneumatic systems specialists.
This cylinder is suited for light-to-medium duty industrial pneumatic circuits operating on clean, dry, or lubricated compressed air. The 1/4 NPTF port accepts standard NPT pneumatic fittings and connects directly to directional control valves in typical 24-volt or 120-volt solenoid valve circuits. The front nose mount configuration is commonly used when the cylinder must be anchored through a bulkhead or panel. The 0.5-inch rod diameter and 1/2-20 male rod thread allow direct attachment to standard clevis, yoke, or threaded load hardware without additional adapters in most applications.
Designed as an OEM-style pneumatic cylinder for use in industrial automation systems requiring a 1.75-inch bore, 5-inch stroke, double acting configuration with front nose mounting and 1/4 NPTF porting.
Installation should be performed by a qualified industrial maintenance technician or pneumatic systems specialist. Isolate and de-energize the pneumatic circuit and bleed all residual air pressure before removing or installing any cylinder. Verify that supply pressure does not exceed 250 psi at any point in the circuit. Torque all NPTF fittings per fitting manufacturer specifications and check for leaks before returning the system to service.
