The PARKER 1.50DXPSRM03.00 is a double acting rodless air cylinder designed for linear motion applications in pneumatic systems. It features a 1.5-inch bore and a 3-inch stroke, delivering clean, compact actuation where a conventional rod cylinder would create spatial constraints. The stainless steel body and nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) seals make it well suited for environments that demand corrosion resistance and reliable cycling. With a maximum working pressure of 250 psi and 1/8 NPTF port connections, this cylinder fits into standard compressed-air circuits. Licensed millwrights, maintenance technicians, and automation integrators are the typical installers.
This cylinder is suited for light-to-medium industrial and automated manufacturing applications where space-saving linear actuation is required. The double end or rear pivot mount configuration provides flexible installation geometry, allowing the cylinder to be anchored at the rear or at both ends depending on the mechanical layout. At 8.75 inches overall length and 1.56 inches overall width, it fits into compact machine frames, fixtures, jigs, and positioning stages. Its rodless design eliminates side-load stress on the piston rod, extending service life in guided-motion assemblies.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit component for pneumatic systems requiring a double acting rodless cylinder with a 1.5-inch bore, 3-inch stroke, and 1/8 NPTF port connections.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic technician or millwright. Depressurize and lock out the compressed-air supply before removing or installing the cylinder. Ensure all port connections are sealed with appropriate thread sealant compatible with NPTF fittings and confirm operating pressure does not exceed 250 psi. Align the mounting to avoid side loading, as unguided lateral forces can reduce seal life and cycle count.
