The PARKER 1.50DSRM02.00 is a double acting rodless air cylinder designed for linear motion control in pneumatic systems. It features a 1.5-inch bore and a 2-inch stroke, delivering push and pull force from both sides of the piston without an external rod extending from the cylinder body. The stainless steel construction and nitrile butadiene rubber seals make it well suited for light industrial and process environments where corrosion resistance and reliable cycling are required. A 1/8 NPTF port and front nose mount configuration simplify installation into existing pneumatic circuits. Licensed HVAC, plumbing, and industrial automation technicians install this type of component in actuated valve assemblies, positioning systems, and automated equipment.
This cylinder is used in industrial and light commercial applications requiring compact linear actuation where a traditional rod-style cylinder would create clearance problems. The front nose mount style allows direct panel or bracket mounting at the head end. The male rod thread size of 7/16-20 supports straightforward attachment of end fittings and brackets. Overall width of 1.56 inches keeps the cylinder profile compact. It is appropriate for pneumatic circuits operating at up to 250 psi and is typically found in automated assembly, clamping, and material handling equipment.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-install rodless air cylinder for pneumatic systems requiring a 1.5-inch bore, 2-inch stroke, double acting cylinder with front nose mount and 1/8 NPTF porting.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic systems technician. Depressurize and lock out the pneumatic supply line before removing or installing any cylinder. Verify all port connections are properly threaded and sealed before returning the system to operating pressure. Do not exceed the rated maximum working pressure of 250 psi.
