The PARKER 1.06DXPSRM07.00 is a double acting rodless air cylinder engineered for linear motion applications in pneumatic systems. Built with a stainless steel body, it handles a maximum working pressure of 250 psi and features a 1-1/16 inch (1.06 inch decimal) bore with a 7 inch stroke. The rodless design conserves axial space compared to conventional rod-style cylinders, making it well-suited for compact machine assemblies. A nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) seal package provides reliable performance across typical industrial duty cycles. Licensed HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tradespeople as well as OEM machine builders and industrial maintenance technicians are the primary installers of this component.
This cylinder is appropriate for use in automated equipment, material handling fixtures, and pneumatic actuator assemblies where a compact, double acting linear drive is required. The double end or rear pivot mounting style gives installers flexibility in how the cylinder is oriented and anchored within a machine frame. The 1/8 NPTF port accepts standard pneumatic fittings common across industrial and light commercial pneumatic circuits. An overall width of 1.12 inches and an extended length of 11.78 inches keep the envelope small for tight installations.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit component for pneumatic linear actuator assemblies requiring a 1-1/16 inch bore, 7 inch stroke, double acting rodless cylinder with 1/8 NPTF porting and double end or rear pivot mounting.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic systems technician or mechanical maintenance professional. Depressurize and lock out the pneumatic supply before removing or installing any cylinder. Use thread sealant rated for pneumatic service on NPTF connections only if required by the fitting manufacturer, as NPTF threads are designed to seal on the threads themselves. Verify that supply pressure does not exceed the 250 psi rated maximum and that all mounting fasteners are tightened to the torque specifications provided in the equipment assembly drawings.
