The PARKER 07L34BE is a standard compressed air lubricator designed to deliver measured oil mist into pneumatic system air lines, protecting downstream components such as valves, cylinders, and air motors from wear. Part of the Parker Series 07L, this unit handles up to 90 CFM of airflow through a 1/2 inch NPT port. The body is zinc construction with a metal bowl and nitrile seals, making it well-suited for industrial and commercial compressed air systems. The manual drain and included sight glass allow for straightforward monitoring and maintenance. Licensed HVAC and mechanical technicians, pipefitters, and industrial maintenance professionals are the typical installers.
The 07L34BE is used in compressed air distribution systems where downstream pneumatic equipment requires continuous lubrication. Typical applications include factory automation lines, pneumatic control circuits, and general-purpose air tool circuits in industrial and commercial facilities. The modular connection design allows this lubricator to be integrated into a filter-regulator-lubricator (FRL) assembly, simplifying installation on compressed air service drops and panel-mounted air preparation units.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation component for compressed air preparation systems using 1/2 inch NPT connections and requiring standard mist-type lubrication at up to 90 CFM flow rates.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pipefitter or pneumatic systems technician. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply before installing or servicing this lubricator. Verify that the port orientation and flow direction arrow on the body align with the system air flow before final connection. NPT threaded connections should be sealed with appropriate thread sealant or PTFE tape in accordance with applicable compressed air system standards.
