The PARKER 06L22BE is an intermediate mist-type compressed air lubricator designed to deliver controlled oil misting to pneumatic tools, cylinders, valves, and other air-powered equipment downstream in a compressed air system. Part of the Parker Series 06L, this unit features a zinc body and a polycarbonate bowl with a metal bowl guard for impact resistance. With a maximum flow rating of 60 CFM and a 3/8 inch NPT port, it handles moderate-demand pneumatic circuits in both production and maintenance environments. A built-in sight glass allows technicians to monitor oil level and drip rate without disassembling the unit. Licensed pipefitters, maintenance mechanics, and industrial pneumatic technicians typically install and service this component.
This lubricator fits inline compressed air distribution systems requiring automated lubrication at or near the point of use. It is well-suited for shop air lines, pneumatic panel assemblies, and filter-regulator-lubricator (FRL) manifold installations. The modular connection design allows it to integrate directly with compatible Parker Series 06 filter and regulator units, simplifying assembly into a compact FRL trio. Typical applications include light to medium industrial pneumatic circuits operating at or above 32 degrees F. The 2.9 oz bowl capacity is appropriate for intermediate-duty service intervals.
Designed for inline installation in compressed air systems using 3/8 inch NPT connections. Modular connection support allows integration with compatible Parker Series 06L filter and regulator units in FRL assemblies.
Installation should be performed by a qualified maintenance mechanic or pipefitter familiar with compressed air system service. Depressurize and lock out the air supply before installing or servicing this lubricator. Ensure flow direction matches the arrow marked on the body. Use thread sealant rated for pneumatic service on all NPT connections and verify the bowl is fully seated and secured before returning the system to pressure.
