The PARKER 06F22C2140AAF is a two-way, normally closed, piloted diaphragm solenoid valve designed for controlling the flow of fluids, gases, and light oils in industrial and commercial systems. The valve features a brass body with an NBR seal and accepts a 3/8 inch NPT port connection. It operates across a wide voltage range including 12 Vdc, 24 Vdc, 24/60 Vac, 120 Vdc, 120/60 to 110/50 Vac, and 240/60 to 220/50 Vac, making it adaptable to a broad range of control circuits. With a Cv factor of 3.0 and a maximum working pressure of 200 psi, this valve suits demanding flow-control applications. The coil is included with the valve assembly.
This valve is suited for residential, commercial, and light industrial installations where automated flow shutoff or control is required. The normally closed design ensures the line defaults to shutoff on loss of power, which is the preferred fail-safe state in most fluid and gas control circuits. The minimum operating pressure differential of 5 psi must be maintained for the piloted diaphragm to function correctly — this valve is not suitable for dead-end or zero-differential-pressure service.
