The PARKER 05R113AD is a zinc-body economy compressed air regulator designed for inline pressure control in pneumatic systems. Built on Parker's 05R Series platform, it accepts a maximum supply pressure of 300 psi and delivers a regulated output range of 2 to 125 psi. The 1/4 inch NPT end connections fit standard pneumatic line sizes commonly found in light industrial, commercial, and shop-air applications. The integrated relief function vents excess downstream pressure when the set point is reduced, making it a practical choice for systems that require safe pressure bleed-down without manual intervention. Rated airflow reaches 30 CFM, suitable for tool and equipment supply lines. Licensed mechanical contractors and pneumatic system technicians are the primary installers.
The 05R113AD fits inline regulator positions in compressed air distribution systems where a modular connection interface is required. The modular connection feature allows it to be ganged with compatible Parker FRL components for filter-regulator-lubricator assemblies. Its economy classification makes it well suited for general-purpose shop air, production tooling circuits, and light-duty pneumatic controls where a gauge port is available but a gauge is not required. The minimum operating temperature is 32 degrees F, limiting use to above-freezing environments. Fluid type is compressed air only.
Designed as an OEM-style inline replacement or new-installation component for compressed air systems using 1/4 inch NPT connections and requiring up to 300 psi supply pressure. Modular connection interface is compatible with Parker 05R Series FRL components.
Install and service by a qualified pneumatic systems technician or licensed mechanical contractor. Depressurize and isolate the air supply line completely before removing or installing the regulator. Apply thread sealant appropriate for compressed air service on all NPT connections. Do not exceed the 300 psi maximum supply pressure rating or operate below 32 degrees F.
