Product Description
The Parker 040336-01 Thermostatic Expansion Valve, designed for air conditioning and refrigeration systems, efficiently regulates refrigerant flow. This brass valve connects via 3/8 inch SAE male flare to 1/2 inch SAE male flare and is optimized for R-404A refrigerant. With a pressure capacity of 450 PSI, it includes a 60 inch capillary tube and features an external equalization via a 1/4 inch SAE flare.
- Interchangeable with various systems, ideal for applications like walk-in coolers and transport refrigeration.
- Features a balanced port design and a removable power element for reliable operation.
- Field adjustable superheat settings and a 100 mesh inlet strainer for enhanced performance.
