The PANDUIT PSCBRN-L is a copper compression parallel splice connector used to join conductors in a parallel configuration without cutting the run. Compression-style terminations create a gas-tight mechanical bond that resists vibration, oxidation, and pull-out forces better than mechanical set-screw alternatives. This fitting is sold individually and is suited for use in branch circuit splicing, tap connections, and service entrance work where a reliable, low-resistance joint is required. Licensed electricians and journeymen installers handle this type of termination in both new construction and retrofit applications.
Parallel splice connectors of this type are used in residential and commercial electrical installations where a continuous conductor must be tapped or extended without breaking the main run. They are commonly installed in panel feeders, junction boxes, and service entrance configurations. Do not use open-barrel crimp tools or pliers as substitutes for the correct compression die set.
