The PANDUIT plc4s-s10-m is a one-piece, self-locking clamp tie designed for organizing and securing wire bundles in indoor electrical and data installations. Constructed from Nylon 6.6, it delivers a tensile strength of 50 pounds and accommodates bundle diameters up to 4 inches. The tie measures 15 inches in length with a 0.19-inch width and features a mounting hole sized for a No. 10 screw (0.206-inch diameter), allowing it to be anchored directly to a panel or chassis. UL listed. Electricians, panel builders, and low-voltage installers use this clamp tie where a clean, panel-mounted wire management solution is required.
This clamp tie is suited for indoor residential and commercial electrical applications where bundles need to be routed and fastened to a mounting surface. The self-locking mechanism eliminates the need for a separate fastener on the tie itself, while the mounting hole accepts a No. 10 screw for rigid panel attachment. The natural color finish blends with standard enclosure and panel environments. Rated for operating temperatures up to 185 degrees F, making it appropriate for typical control panel, junction box, and cable tray installations.
Designed as an OEM-style mounting hole cable tie for indoor panel, enclosure, and chassis wire management applications where No. 10 screw mounting is required.
Installation is typically performed by licensed electricians or low-voltage technicians in accordance with NEC guidelines. De-energize and lock out the panel or enclosure before routing or fastening wire bundles. Seat the mounting hole over a No. 10 screw and tighten the screw to secure the clamp tie to the surface before cinching the tie around the bundle. Do not exceed the rated bundle diameter or tensile strength to avoid deforming the tie or damaging wire insulation.
