The PANDUIT p18-14r-m is a non-insulated, beveled-type ring terminal designed for crimping onto copper conductors ranging from 22 AWG minimum to 16 AWG maximum. Built from electrolytic tin-plated copper with a brazed-seam barrel, this terminal provides a reliable mechanical and electrical connection rated at 2000 volts and up to 302 degrees F. It accepts a 1/4-inch stud and measures 0.91 inches in length by 0.46 inches in width. Listed to UL 486A/486B and CSA C22.2, it is RoHS compliant. Sold in a standard package of 1000 units, it is well-suited for high-volume wiring applications handled by licensed electricians and industrial maintenance professionals.
This ring terminal is appropriate for use in control panels, electrical enclosures, and equipment wiring where a secure stud-mount termination is required. Its non-insulated design makes it compatible with separate insulating sleeves or heat-shrink applications where added protection is needed after crimping. The 22-16 AWG range covers typical low-voltage control wiring and light power circuits commonly found in HVAC equipment, motor controls, and industrial machinery.
Designed as an OEM-style non-insulated ring terminal for use with 22-16 AWG conductors and 1/4-inch stud terminations in standard electrical panel and equipment wiring applications.
Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with NEC requirements for terminal and connector use. De-energize all circuits before terminating conductors. Use a calibrated ratchet crimp tool sized for 22-16 AWG non-insulated terminals to achieve the correct crimp profile. Do not solder crimped terminals, as this can introduce brittleness at the barrel and may void the UL listing.
