The PANDUIT LCCXN2-14A-E is a two-hole copper compression lug designed for making reliable, low-resistance terminations in electrical distribution systems. Copper construction provides excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance, making it a standard choice for power wiring terminations on busbars, equipment lugs, and switchgear connections. Licensed electricians and electrical contractors install this type of compression lug where a secure, permanent mechanical and electrical bond is required between a conductor and a bolted termination point. The two-hole mounting pattern adds stability and prevents rotation under torque or vibration.
This compression lug is suited for commercial and industrial electrical installations where conductors must be terminated at panelboards, switchboards, motor control centers, or similar distribution equipment. The compression-style installation requires a calibrated compression tool to deform the barrel around the conductor, creating a gas-tight connection that meets the demands of high-current applications. It is sold individually and is appropriate for use by journeyman and master electricians performing feeder or branch-circuit termination work.
Designed as an OEM-style compression termination lug for use in commercial and industrial electrical distribution equipment requiring two-hole copper lug connections.
Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with NEC requirements for conductor terminations. De-energize and lock out the circuit before beginning any termination work. Use a calibrated compression tool rated for the lug barrel size to ensure a proper crimp. Do not use open-barrel or mechanical set-screw methods in place of the specified compression procedure.
