The PANDUIT LCCX6-14D-L is a two-hole copper compression lug designed for making secure, low-resistance electrical terminations. Copper compression lugs of this type are crimped onto stranded or solid conductors using a compression tool, forming a gas-tight mechanical and electrical connection. This lug is sold as a single unit and is used in power distribution, panel termination, and equipment grounding applications. Electricians and electrical contractors install these lugs where a reliable, code-compliant bolted termination is required at bus bars, switchgear, or terminal blocks.
This two-hole configuration provides added mechanical stability at the termination point, reducing movement and vibration stress on the conductor connection. It is suited for use in residential, commercial, and light industrial electrical installations where copper conductors are terminated at distribution equipment, ground bars, or other bolted connection points. The two-bolt mounting pattern helps distribute clamping load evenly across the lug tongue.
Designed as an OEM-style compression termination lug for use with copper conductors in standard electrical panel, switchgear, and distribution equipment installations.
Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC). De-energize and lock out the circuit before terminating the lug. Use the appropriate calibrated compression crimping tool specified for the lug barrel size to achieve a proper gas-tight crimp. Do not use open-barrel mechanical connectors or non-rated tooling as a substitute for compression crimping.
