The PANDUIT HSTT75-TC is a thin-wall heat shrink tubing with a 0.75 inch supplied diameter, equivalent to 19.0 mm. Heat shrink tubing is used to insulate, protect, and bundle wiring and cable connections by applying heat to shrink the material tightly around the substrate. This product is sold as a single unit and is suited for electrical and low-voltage wiring applications where a clean, durable sleeve is needed at terminations, splices, or exposed conductor points. Electricians and wire harness technicians are the primary installers of this type of tubing.
This tubing is appropriate for use in residential, commercial, and light industrial electrical work. It fits applications where a 0.75 inch starting diameter is needed to slip over connectors, terminals, or bundled conductors before heat is applied to create a snug, protective sleeve. The thin-wall construction keeps the finished profile compact, which is useful in tight junction boxes or conduit runs where space is limited.
Designed as an OEM-style thin-wall heat shrink sleeve for standard electrical wiring, termination, and cable bundling applications requiring a 0.75 inch starting diameter.
Installation is performed by licensed electricians or experienced wire technicians. De-energize all circuits completely before applying heat shrink tubing to any wiring or termination point. A heat gun set to the appropriate shrink temperature for the tubing material should be used; open flame sources are not recommended as they can unevenly damage the tubing. Work must comply with applicable NEC requirements for conductor insulation and protection.
