This factory-terminated trunk assembly is designed for high-density structured cabling installations where preterminated plug-and-play deployment is required. The LSZH jacket reduces toxic gas and smoke emission in the event of fire, making it suitable for plenum-adjacent or enclosed spaces where halogen-free materials are specified. Network technicians and low-voltage cabling contractors install this assembly to interconnect patch panels, fiber enclosures, and distribution frames in backbone and horizontal cabling runs.
This trunk cable is used in data center, enterprise LAN, and campus backbone applications where OM5 wideband multimode fiber is specified to support short-wave wavelength division multiplexing (SWDM) or high-speed parallel optics at 40G, 100G, and beyond.
