The PANDUIT FSD75-8-D is a vinyl insulated fork (spade) terminal designed for reliable wire termination in electrical and control wiring applications. Fork terminals provide a secure connection to screw and stud termination points without requiring full removal of the fastener. This terminal is sized for 22 AWG wire and features a vinyl insulation sleeve that protects the conductor crimp barrel and reduces the risk of accidental contact. Electricians and control panel technicians use these terminals where spade-style terminations are required in panel boards, junction boxes, and equipment wiring.
This terminal is suited for light-gauge wire applications in residential, commercial, and industrial control wiring. The bulk pack format makes it practical for shop stock, panel shops, and service fleets that terminate high volumes of connections. It is appropriate for use in low-voltage control circuits, instrumentation wiring, and general electrical assembly where a removable spade connection is preferred over ring or butt splice terminations.
Designed as an OEM-style vinyl insulated fork terminal for use with 22 AWG wire in standard screw and stud electrical termination applications.
Installation is performed by licensed electricians or qualified control panel assemblers. Strip the conductor to the appropriate length before inserting into the crimp barrel, then use a calibrated ratcheting crimp tool rated for insulated terminals to complete the connection. Do not use pliers or uncalibrated tools as an improper crimp can result in a high-resistance joint or pull-out failure. Verify termination torque requirements at the screw or stud per NEC guidelines and equipment manufacturer specifications before energizing the circuit.
