Splice-on connectors combine the low insertion loss of a factory-polished ferrule with the flexibility of a field-installable termination, making them well suited for installations where pre-terminated assemblies are not practical. This connector is installed by licensed low-voltage technicians and fiber optic specialists working on structured cabling systems, data centers, telecommunications rooms, and outside plant runs where angled physical contact (APC) performance is required.
