The PANDUIT FHCWA-12-10AS is an HD Flex cassette module designed for OM5 wideband multimode fiber optic infrastructure. It provides a pre-terminated, plug-and-play interface between a single MPO trunk connector and six LC duplex ports, delivering 12 fiber channels in a compact cassette form factor. This module is installed in HD Flex panel housings and is used to organize and manage high-density fiber connections in structured cabling systems. Licensed low-voltage technicians and data center cabling professionals are the primary installers for this type of hardware.

This cassette is suited for high-density data center, enterprise LAN, and campus backbone installations where OM5 short-wavelength division multiplexing (SWDM) or standard multimode applications are deployed. The 1 MPO to 6 LC duplex configuration allows technicians to fan out a single 12-fiber MPO trunk cable into individual LC duplex connections at the equipment layer.
