The PANDUIT FDCZO-24-10B2RH is a 24-fiber front access cassette designed for structured cabling and fiber distribution systems. It provides a pre-terminated, modular solution for routing and managing optical fiber connections within a fiber distribution unit or rack-mounted enclosure. The cassette supports OM-rated multimode fiber and is built for organized, high-density fiber management. Licensed low-voltage cabling technicians and network infrastructure installers typically deploy this component in data centers, telecommunications rooms, and enterprise network environments.
This cassette is suited for front-access fiber distribution installations where technicians need to make or reconfigure connections without pulling equipment from the rack. Its 24-fiber capacity makes it a practical fit for high-density horizontal or backbone fiber runs in both commercial and enterprise settings. The front-access design reduces service time during moves, adds, and changes within active structured cabling installations.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard modular cassette for rack-mounted fiber distribution units and enclosures supporting 24-fiber OM multimode configurations.
Installation is performed by licensed low-voltage or structured cabling technicians in accordance with applicable TIA and ANSI cabling standards. Power to active equipment in the enclosure should be verified as non-impacting before fiber connections are routed or changed, and laser sources should be disabled before handling fiber ends. Use appropriate fiber cleaning tools and inspection equipment before mating any connectors. Avoid sharp bend radii below the minimum specified for the fiber type being used.
