The PANDUIT F91ERANB1SNM004 is a single-fiber OS2 singlemode fiber optic patch cord terminated with LC simplex connectors. Built with a 1.6mm diameter cable jacket rated OFNR (Optical Fiber Nonconductive Riser), this cord is designed for structured cabling installations in commercial and enterprise environments. The PC (physical contact) polish on the fiber end-faces minimizes back-reflection and insertion loss, making it suitable for high-bandwidth data transmission runs. Network technicians and low-voltage cabling contractors are the primary installers of this type of patch cord.
This patch cord is intended for use in riser-rated pathways between floors or between patch panels and active equipment in telecommunications rooms and data centers. OS2 singlemode construction supports long-distance transmission at wavelengths of 1310 nanometers and 1550 nanometers.
