The Packard BC108-330 is a start capacitor for AC motor starting circuits. This capacitor is dry electrolytic and non-polarized, making it suitable for intermittent duty applications. Its moisture and oil resistant case is made from molded phenolic resin or plastic. It features dual blade terminals and is rated to handle three-second starts, accommodating up to twenty starts per hour. This capacitor operates effectively within a temperature range of negative forty degrees to sixty-five degrees Celsius (negative forty degrees to one hundred forty-nine degrees Fahrenheit). It adheres to Electronic Industries Association (EIA) Standard RS-463 type 2 and supports fifty to sixty Hertz.
