The OSG VGM7-0022 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill engineered for finishing operations in demanding metalworking applications. With a 1/4 inch diameter, 7 flutes, and a 0.02 inch corner radius, it delivers a fine surface finish while extending tool life in high-wear environments. The EXO coating provides thermal and oxidation resistance, making it well suited for cutting steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, and titanium. The variable index geometry helps reduce chatter and vibration during finishing passes. This is a single-end, right-hand cutting tool with a straight cylindrical shank designed for use with standard toolholders.
