The OSG VGM5-0090 is a single-end corner radius end mill from OSG's VGM5 series, designed for demanding material removal in ferrous and hard-to-machine workpieces. Built from solid carbide and finished with OSG's proprietary EXO coating, this tool handles both roughing and finishing operations in a single setup. It measures 5/16 inches in diameter with a 0.02-inch corner radius, 15/16 inches length of cut, and 3 inches overall length. The 5-flute geometry with variable index and high helix style delivers smooth chip evacuation and reduced chatter, making it well suited for high-feed-rate applications on CNC machining centers.

This end mill is built for use in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials. Its straight-cylindrical shank seats directly into standard toolholders, and the center-cutting design allows for plunge entry.
