The OSG VG446-5003 is a solid carbide corner chamfer end mill designed for high-performance metal removal in demanding machining environments. Built on OSG's VG446 series platform, this single-end tool features a 0.5-inch mill diameter, 4 flutes with a variable flute type and 35-degree medium helix angle, and a 0.02-inch chamfer width at a 45-degree chamfer angle. The TiAlN PVD coating provides thermal resistance and wear protection during aggressive cuts in ferrous and difficult-to-machine materials.
