The OSG VG446-2502 is a solid carbide corner chamfer end mill designed for high-performance material removal in demanding machining applications. Built to a 0.25-inch cutting diameter with a 3/8-inch length of cut and a 4-inch overall length, this tool handles both roughing and finishing operations in a single pass. The 45-degree chamfer geometry produces a 0.016-inch chamfer width at the corner, making it well suited for edge breaking and chamfering tasks alongside general milling.
