The OSG VG434-3758 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in demanding machining applications. It features a 3/8 inch diameter, a 0.0150 inch corner radius, and four flutes with a 35-degree helix angle. The TiAlN PVD coating provides thermal resistance and wear protection, making this end mill well suited for roughing and finishing operations in a single tool. The Weldon flat shank ensures secure tool holding in compatible toolholders. This is a single-end, center-cutting design with right-hand flute direction and right-hand cutting direction.

The VG434-3758 is intended for use in CNC machining centers and milling operations targeting ferrous and exotic alloys.
