The OSG VG434-3754 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill engineered for high-performance milling in demanding materials. It features a 3/8-inch diameter, a 0.03-inch corner radius, and four flutes with a right-hand spiral and right-hand cutting direction. The tool carries a PVD-applied TiAlN coating that extends tool life by resisting heat and wear at elevated cutting speeds. Micrograin carbide construction provides the hardness and edge retention needed for consistent results in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials. This end mill is centercutting and suited for both roughing and finishing operations.

The VG434-3754 is designed for use in vertical and horizontal machining centers where a Weldon flat shank toolholder is employed. The stub-length flute geometry and 1/2-inch length of cut make it well suited for slotting, profiling, and shoulder milling in close-tolerance applications on ferrous and exotic alloys. Installation Notes

Verify runout with a dial indicator before beginning a cut, as excessive runout will accelerate tool wear and degrade surface finish.
