The OSG VG434-1006 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill engineered for high-performance milling in demanding materials. It features a 1-inch cutting diameter, a 1-1/2-inch length of cut, and a 0.09-inch corner radius that reduces stress concentrations at the tool tip during heavy material removal. The 4-flute, single-end design with a medium helix supports both roughing and finishing operations in a single tool.
