The OSG HP434-1575 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling across a broad range of workpiece materials. It features a 4 mm cutting diameter with a 0.2 mm corner radius, a 4-flute geometry, and a TiAlN PVD coating that supports elevated cutting temperatures and extends tool life. The 11 mm length of cut pairs with a 6 mm straight-cylindrical shank, giving the tool a 70 mm overall length. Right-hand cut and right-hand flute direction are standard. The centercutting design allows plunge entry, and the normal pitch, medium helix spiral flute configuration suits both roughing and finishing passes in a single setup.

The HP434-1575 is suited for machining steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials.
