The OSG HP255-7677 is a solid carbide jobber length drill bit engineered for high-performance drilling in demanding production environments. Designed around OSG's HP255 series, this bit features a 19.5 mm (0.7677 inch) cutting diameter, a 140-degree R-thinned point for accurate self-centering entry, and a WD1 coating that extends tool life in ferrous materials. Two spiral flutes with a regular helix evacuate chips efficiently through the full 101 mm flute length. The straight-cylindrical shank measures 20 mm in diameter, making it compatible with standard drill chucks and toolholders.
