The OSG 8672350 is a solid carbide jobber-length drill bit engineered for high-performance drilling in ferrous materials. Ground to a 3.5 mm diameter with a 140-degree split point, it delivers fast, self-centering entry without a center punch. The EgiAs coating reduces friction and extends tool life in abrasive workpiece materials. With an overall length of 74 mm and a 28 mm flute length, the bit fits standard drill chucks and machining centers. A tapered web with X-thinned point geometry keeps thrust forces low and chip evacuation clean. This bit is installed and used by machinists and tool-and-die professionals running precision drilling operations.
