The OSG 82300121 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling operations in metalworking and machining environments. It carries a 0.25 inch diameter with a 0.375 inch length of cut and a 4 inch overall length, making it a stub-length tool suited for rigidity in tight-clearance applications. The Duarise coating reduces friction and extends tool life in demanding cuts. Four flutes with a variable helix and variable index geometry improve chip evacuation and reduce chatter. The OSG 82300121 is built for right-hand cutting with right-hand flute direction and a straight flute profile.
