The OSG 82103421 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling across a wide range of workpiece materials. It features a 1/2 inch diameter, a 0.030 inch corner radius, and 4 flutes with a variable helix geometry that reduces chatter and improves surface finish during both roughing and finishing operations. The Duarise PVD coating provides enhanced wear resistance and heat protection. At 2.5 inches overall length with a 5/8 inch length of cut, this stub-length tool delivers rigidity for demanding applications in machining centers and CNC milling operations.

This end mill is suited for use in machine shops and manufacturing environments handling steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, superalloys, titanium, and hard materials.
