The OSG 82010121 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in ferrous and hard materials. It features a 1/4 inch cutting diameter, a 1 inch length of cut, and a 2-3/4 inch overall length. The four-flute, single-end geometry combined with a variable helix angle of 42 to 44 degrees reduces chatter and improves surface finish in demanding cuts. A micrograin carbide substrate and Duarise coating provide wear resistance in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and hardened materials. This tool is used in CNC machining centers and manual mills by machinists, toolmakers, and maintenance technicians.

The OSG 82010121 is part of the Series 8201 long-length end mill family. It is suited for slotting, peripheral milling, and profiling in steel (P), stainless steel (M), cast iron (K), and hardened materials (H).
